Puply

Puply is a pet boarding platform for the Czech market, connecting pet owners with sitters for stays ranging from a few hours to multiple days. I work across the full stack – a REST API and a native Swift/SwiftUI iOS app.

Owners can browse and book verified sitters, track bookings through their full lifecycle, and receive real-time photo and text updates while their pet is in someone else's care. Sitters manage their availability, accept bookings, and get paid out automatically through Stripe Connect.

Beyond the booking flow, Puply handles passkey and magic-link authentication, in-app messaging, post-stay tips and reviews, and automatic invoicing and credit notes – all built to Czech commerce requirements.

I also own the product design and brand end to end – UI design, visual identity, and the marketing website – as part of the small team behind Puply.

lokalio

Lokalio is an open-data web app for finding the ideal place to live in the Hradec Králové region. Pick a location on the map and the app evaluates the surrounding infrastructure across six categories – transport, healthcare, education, work, safety, and quality of life – and generates a score with an AI summary.

Results can be tailored to your situation using built-in profiles for students, parents, and workers, each weighing categories differently. Under the hood, all geospatial analysis runs in JavaScript – haversine distance, IDW interpolation, polygon containment, and S-JTSK projection – against 48 open datasets from the Hradec Králové region. AI summaries are generated via a configurable OpenAI-compatible endpoint.

Lokalio was built during Hackuj stát 7.1, a 24-hour public administration hackathon organized by the Czech Telecommunication Office and the Supreme Audit Office in Prague. The event challenges teams to build useful applications on top of Czech open government data. The project was a team effort, developed by a four-person team which I was part of.

MHD+

MHD+ is a real-time public transport web app for Pardubice, built as my high-school final project. I chose the topic because I wanted to combine UX design and programming with something practically useful in the home city.

The app shows live positions of buses and trolleybuses on an interactive map with colour-coded delay indicators so you can tell at a glance whether your connection is on time. Tapping a vehicle opens its detail.

Beyond the map, MHD+ includes arrivals for any stop, full line timetables, a route planner, saved favourites, and has a built-in onboarding guide that walks new users through the main features.

LUBIK., photographer portfolio

A minimal, clean portfolio site for LUBIK., built to keep the photos front and center.

The site is built on a simple, responsive architecture where every detail – from image loading to gallery grids – was designed with performance and aesthetics in mind.

I developed a modular component system that makes it easy to add content without breaking the layout. Galleries adapt dynamically to the number of images. Banner and preview images are managed through a config JSON, so they can be updated without touching the code.

Sport posters

A series of sport posters created as part of an Erasmus+ application. The brief was open – design poster about sport or with luxury goods.

The three posters each take a different angle: a fictional collaboration between Adidas and Baťa built around a hero product shot, a product poster for an isotonic drink with the bottle front and center, and a minimalist sportswear ad for a pair of shorts. Each piece uses typography and composition to frame the photography and give it personality.
